Every great story begins with a spark of ambition. Ours ignited in 2019, when we embarked on our journey as a system integrator and solution provider for IoT and Machine Learning projects in the industrial IoT space. 2020 presented a curveball that many businesses faced—COVID-19. As the world shifted online, we pivoted to an agency model. However, the market was saturated, and fierce competition in online marketplaces challenged our growth. But challenges inspire clarity. A deep dive into global trends revealed a startling statistic: of the $800 billion spent annually on innovation, $600 billion is wasted, with only $200 billion delivering true value—primarily by industry giants like MAANG. This insight reshaped our mission: to help companies improve ROI on digital transformation and innovation spending.
By the end of 2020, we refined our positioning as an ROI-focused innovation consulting firm. However, penetrating a space dominated by established players was no easy feat. Despite setbacks in generating leads and securing meetings, we viewed every obstacle as a stepping stone.
2021 became a year of exploration and reinvention. We tested new waters with projects like developing stock market prediction tools and hosted the Global HR Panel 2021, featuring five international speakers and engaging over 300 live attendees from around the world. These initiatives amplified our global presence and network, paving the way for international partnerships. Later that year, we secured a coveted M&A project with VUST, which, though it didn’t close due to its success-fee model, taught us invaluable lessons about deal-making and global business.
2022 was a year of reflection and strategic groundwork. While it was quieter on the revenue front, we used the time to strengthen our intellectual foundation. By collaborating with academic institutions and signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with colleges, we aimed to bridge the gap between innovation theory and practical application. Teaching and mentoring allowed us to refine our understanding of the next generation's needs while identifying opportunities for future collaborations. This year laid the groundwork for new ideas and partnerships that would shape our future.
By 2023, our perseverance paid off with a pivotal milestone: we became a Microsoft Marketplace-listed SaaS ISV vendor, a recognition that elevated our credibility. Alongside, we continued to refine our approach with smaller projects and market research initiatives, steadily building momentum.
In 2024, we embraced our most exciting pivot yet: leveraging Generative AI to transform customer service experiences. Armed with insights gained over years of learning and experimentation, we built a robust market research team and developed solutions poised to deliver tangible ROI for businesses.The Road Ahead
